Logan Sullivan biography
Logan Sullivan is the founder of Grand Funding LLC. Before launching Grand Funding, Logan spent 25 years as a builder and developer in Arizona, gaining hands-on experience in construction, project management, permit navigation, and operator-side real estate economics. He transitioned to lending in the late 1990s, leveraging his builder background to underwrite real estate investor loans with an unusually deep understanding of construction risk and rehab realities.
Today Logan personally reviews every loan request that comes through Grand Funding LLC. The firm operates as a direct lender — funding from its own capital, with in-house underwriting decisions, and no broker network. This structure enables industry-leading speed-to-fund timelines on residential investment property in Arizona and California.
